MV Transportation is seeking a Project Manager who shall provide overall management and supervision of operations under the terms of the contract. The Project Manager shall work cooperatively with the client in matters relating to service quality, providing operational and other data, responding to comments from the client and the general public, and responding to specific requests for other assistance as the need arises.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage customer relations through both direct contact and outreach programs. • Identify, select, train and mentor location staff. • Effectively and frequently communicate with location staff and support team members. • Oversee vehicle maintenance plan and ensures fleet availability to meet service requirements. • Oversee safety and training programs, plans and processes to ensure compliance with company, contract and regulatory requirements. • Daily, weekly and monthly review of key operational metrics. • Ensure that all location financial metrics are managed continuously, exceptions are reported and action plans are developed to ensure the location meets it financial, safety and operational expectations. • Implement, promote and adhere to company policies and procedures. • Participate in location(s) labor and employee relations activities. • Provide insight and information to support location(s) contract renewals. • Create and present location(s) annual budget. • Oversight of driver operations • Assist in the interface with Safety department and initiatives, such as policy, training, and audits. • Main interface with road supervisor and drives and bus attendants

Talent Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in public transportation operations and at least three (3) years’ supervisory experience. • A bachelor's degree in a transportation or related field is preferred but not required. • Must have knowledge of Airport Ground Transportation, operations and dispatch. • Computer and financial skills required. • Time management skills. • Human resource skills. • College degree or equivalent business management experience. • Management experience required. • Working knowledge of MS Office. • Experience with Trapeze Software required. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High degree of multi-tasking skills.
