Take the organization to a higher level of recognition in the transportation industry to grow brand awareness. Put in place an organization to meet tomorrow's technology needs. Recruit new talent with the skill sets required to support a growing organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties and responsibilities the Market Leader will be required to perform: 1. Provide strategic vision, direction and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances and acquisitions. 2. Provide strategic vision, direction and leadership on decision making issues related to the expansion of technical services. 3. Possess existing relationships with both R&T agencies and other A/E service providers to this industry leading to new growth for Macro. 4. Develop and drive new relationships with both R&T agencies and other A/E service providers to promote awareness of company and its services deriving new growth for Macro. 5. Direct and oversee organization's financial and budgetary performance. 6. Negotiate and/or approve contracts and agreements. 7. Supervise, support and give direction to technical managers. 8. Determine long term staffing and management requirements. 9. Identify places to improve performance, policies, organization, and training and hiring programs. 10.
