The Dispatch/Field Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of River Valley Metro Mass Transit. These responsibilities could include office or on the street supervision. The ideal candidate operates two-way radios, multi-line phone system, computers with typing capability of 25 words/minutes or greater. Attention to detail and superior customer service skills are also a must for this position. All Dispatch/Field Supervisors are required to possess or obtain a valid Illinois Class B CDL license within 60 days of hire and pass a drug screen and background check.
