General Manager

Ride Right is in search of an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of paratransit services in Northern Los Angeles County, California. The qualified individual will work in collaboration with Ride Right operations and LA Access Services to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and the most cost-effective delivery of transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ management experience in the paratransit industry and a Certified Community Transit Manager Certificate issued by Community Transit Association. Candidates should possess knowledge of transportation operations, intelligent transportation systems, costing of services and contracts, ability to create and keep a team-based environment, have knowledge of federal regulations applicable to transportation, and effective management skills. College degree preferred, although relevant education obtained through alternative methods will be considered. Operations Manager

Ride Right is in search of an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and monitor daily paratransit services in Northern Los Angeles County, California. The qualified individual will ensure paratransit services are provided in a safe, reliable and timely manner. They will schedule and assign drivers and back-ups to ensure that all runs are covered and service operates according to established schedules and manifests. The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing oversight of dispatch and road supervision functions, reviewing driver reports to ensure accuracy and resolution of any problems occurring during each day’s operations. They will check and approve all driver time sheets and coordinate with administrate/financial clerk to ensure payroll accuracy. The Operations Manager will maintain operating data to document and support operations, initiate an incident report when policy, procedure, or service standard violations occur. Maintenance Manager

Ride Right is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to be a key member of the management team for paratransit services in Northern Los Angeles County, California. This position will be responsible for managing the maintenance department staff in order to support excellent service through the maintenance of all vehicles. Will be accountable for establishing departmental policies, goals and objectives, department operating budget, staffing activities and schedules, inventory controls and disbursements, and other departmental duties. The Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of transportation operations, intelligent transportation systems, costing of services and contracts, ability to create and keep a team-based environment, have knowledge of federal regulations applicable to transportation, and effective management skills. Safety Manager

Trainer

Ride Right seeks an experienced Trainer for paratransit services in Northern Los Angeles County, California. The Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for drivers and support staff serving the paratransit program. The Trainer will conduct new hire orientations, as well as refresher trainings for all staff, and will document and report training activities as required. Warranty and Parts Clerk

Ride Right seeks a Warranty and Parts Clerk to support a contract for paratransit services in Northern Los Angeles County, California. The Warranty and Parts Clerk will book warranty repairs, submit claims for manufacturer warranty and follow up, submit service claims and follow up, and maintain receivables schedules. The Warranty and Parts Clerk will work closely with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics to maintain a parts inventory capable of serving the maintenance needs of the fleet at all times.
