The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) desires to engage a professional firm to provide individualized orientation and mobility training to individuals with visual impairments and travel instruction to persons with intellectual disabilities so that they can learn to independently use fixed-route public transportation. The contractor will be expected to provide complete, professional, high-quality services to VTA personnel and others who are involved with the project, and to provide advice and assistance in accomplishing the work.
