Twitter on Transit: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Ever wonder what people are saying about public transit on Twitter? As you might expect, most transit-related comments are negative, mainly because Twitter is a convenient means of airing gripes of all stripes.

To get an idea of what's bouncing around the Twittersphere on a minute-by-minute basis, we rounded up a dozen or so Tweets, as they're called, that were sent within a few hours of the mailing of this week's Transit Intelligence newsletter.
