COST OF DOCUMENTS:
The non-refundable price for the complete IFB documents is $25 when picked up at
the above address; or $35 if documents are to be mailed. Requests must be accompanied by
payment to Metro in the form of a money order, a company check, a cashier's check, or a
certified check. Personal checks are not acceptable forms of payment.

WORK DESCRIPTION: To perform a complete design, construction and construction management
work of Bus Wash Project for Division 1 and Division 2. The purpose of this project is to refurbish
one existing bus wash facility (base) and one new bus wash facility (Options 1, 2 & 3) at Division 1
and refurbish an existing bus wash facility at Division 2 (options 4 & 5).

PAYMENT OF PREVAILING WAGES REQUIRED BY Metro

PROJECT ESTIMATE: BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000

PROJECT DURATION: 240 days after Notice to Proceed

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $600 per day for any unexcused contractor delay

AWARD: Metro will award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
