COST OF DOCUMENTS:
The non-refundable price for the complete IFB documents is $25.00 when picked up at
the above address; or $35.00 if documents are to be mailed. Requests must be accompanied by
payment to Metro in the form of a money order, a company check, a cashier's check, or a certified
check. Personal checks are not acceptable forms of payment.

WORK DESCRIPTION: To perform a complete design, construction and construction management
work of Bus Wash Project for Division 1 and Division 2. The Project is to provide one additional
bus wash facility and refurbish one existing bus wash facility at Division 1 in order to reduce the
time to wash the buses. The refurbished bus wash will have the same criteria as the new bus wash.
Also, the Project includes refurbishing an existing bus wash at Division 2.

PAYMENT OF PREVAILING WAGES REQUIRED BY Metro

PROJECT ESTIMATE: BETWEEN $1,000,000 AND $5,000,000

PROJECT DURATION: 240 days after Notice to Proceed

LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $600 per day for any unexcused contractor delay

AWARD: Metro will award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
