NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that METRO Regional Transit Authority (METRO) is requesting proposals for ITS & TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PLAN (RFP#2009-07)
Detailed specifications are available by contacting Dana Gibitz, Manager of Procurement at (330) 564-2261. A request may also be made by emailing [email protected].
All bids must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in this Bid documentation, and must be received in the offices of METRO on or before July 2, 2009 by 4:00 PM. There will be NO public bid opening.
A five hundred ($500.00) dollar bid bond or cashier check is required at the time of bid submission. Bid security furnished in bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
The METRO Regional Transit Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to re-advertise for proposals and to waive any informality in any proposal and to determine the most responsive proposal by its own criteria, as described within the specification.
